Alejandro Ortega

Alejandro began working at Pagewood in 2025. Since joining the team, Alejandro has taken initiative to streamline property management process & contribute to the organization’s success. His keen attention to detail, high level of integrity, and can-do attitude makes him a valuable resource for cultivating strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and investors alike.

Alejandro received his Bachelor of Arts in Global Affairs from St. Edwards University in Austin, TX. His course work & experiences abroad enhanced his ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of cultures and master the art of diplomacy. Upon completing his undergraduate studies, Alejandro shifted from working in Hospitality Management to Multifamily Property Management.

Throughout his time with Hanover Company in Houston, and Bozzuto Management Company in NY/NJ; Alejandro grew proficient in driving occupancy to stabilization, building strong rapport with the tenants he served, & fostering community among the assets he managed. 

After returning home to Houston from New York, Alejandro transitioned his career in 2022 to CRE when he joined Arden Logistics Parks as a Property Admin. Alejandro’s managed a 34 property multi-tenant Industrial Park, enabling him to take the transferable skills from his days in Multifamily and build upon them to sharpen his acumen as a Property Manager in the CRE sector.

In his free time Alejandro enjoys indulging in sushi, music, & film. He loves to travel and spend quality time with his family as well as playing guitar & writing as creative hobbies.
