HOUSTON, TX – July 24, 2024 – PAGEWOOD, a real estate owner, operator, and developer, announced the growth of the C-suite team with the addition of Chief Technology Officer Venkat Kandru— a real estate technology professional focused on enterprise architecture, integrated solutions, data science, digital transformations, micro-services architecture, and Augmented Intelligence solutions.

A 30+ year technology professional, Venkat Kandru brings comprehensive knowledge of commercial real estate technology applications, data science, analytics, and prudent application of AI to decision support systems. Filling a newly created role and tasked with the continued development of The Lighthouse, Venkat will lead the firm’s data science, Augmented Intelligence applications, and technology initiatives. As part of the firm’s commitment to data backed investments, Venkat will merge data science, machine learning, and augmented intelligence to meet PAGEWOOD’s financial objectives.
