HOUSTON, TX – April 24, 2024 – PAGEWOOD, a real estate owner, operator, and developer, announced the acquisition of Georgibelle Business Park— an infill, shallow bay industrial 9-building business park located in the Spring Branch pocket of Greater Memorial and northwest Houston on Interstate 10 near Beltway 8.

  1106 Wisterwood, a total of 16,800 square feet.
