Preston joined Pagewood in 2022 as a Senior Construction Manager with over 25 years of experience in the construction and development industry. He is responsible for all of Pagewood’s construction operations, including managing budgets, tenant projects, overseeing the construction of current and future buildings and working directly with architects and engineers to manage all Pagewood products. 

Preston has overseen the construction of $400 million in projects, totaling over 25 million square feet. In doing so, he’s gained extensive experience across multiple product types, specifically for industrial, adaptive reuse, office and multifamily. He’s also worked with some of the largest institutions and occupiers in the world, including JP Morgan Chase, Liberty Property Trust, Prologis, Amazon, Home Depot and Chicago Bridge & Iron.
