The Property Management Team Continues to Grow at Pagewood

Trina joined Pagewood in 2024 as a Property Coordinator. She is a tenured management professional with over 15 years of commercial real estate experience in Houston.  She has provided management services to various clients, from startups to Fortune 500 organizations and her management experience spans across 2.3M SF of class A commercial buildings, medical offices, life science, university campus, industrial, retail, and residential properties. Trina was a property manager for Healthcare Trust of America for two years and also worked with NAI Partners, PMRG, Transwestern, and Healthcare REIT. She is best known for her excellent customer service, clear communication, and a diplomatic approach to building operations. 

Trina obtained a bachelor’s degree in business management followed by her master's degree in business administration from LeTourneau University in 2011 and 2021. Additionally, she is a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent (TREC).

Trina is a native Houstonian and a third-generation property manager. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and gardening.
