Everett Featherston Joins Team Pagewood

Everett joined Pagewood in 2024 as an Investment Analyst with over 2 years of experience in capital markets. In this role, he is responsible for underwriting ground-up development, adaptive reuse and value-add investments along with analyzing market fundamentals, supporting project execution, and reporting for existing portfolio operations. 

Prior to Pagewood, Everett was an Analyst at JLL. During his tenure, he assisted in the underwriting, marketing, and closing of over $1.2 Billion in financing transactions across multiple product types including Multifamily, Industrial, Retail, Office, and Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS).

Everett holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. Edward’s University, where he was a student athlete, as well as a Master of Science in Finance from The University of Texas. He obtained his Texas Real Estate License in July 2022. Everett is married to his wife Tennille, and enjoys spending time with their two dogs, watching college football, and playing golf. He also volunteers as a member of the Breeder’s Greeters Committee as part of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
