An Investment Analyst Joins Pagewood's Growing Team

Taylor joined Pagewood in 2023 as an Investment Analyst with a passion for real estate and desire to meaningfully serve communities. In this role, she is responsible for underwriting ground-up development, adaptive reuse and value-add investment opportunities, along with reporting on day-to-day operations of the existing portfolio and identifying market fundamentals for the Houston industrial, multifamily and commercial real estate markets. With four years of experience spanning across various asset classes, product types and sectors, Taylor seeks to consistently create value and proactively deliver solutions that best meet the situation at hand. Through her multi-disciplinary background and extensive expertise with multifamily, build-to-rent and mixed-use developments, Taylor has cultivated an invaluable wealth of knowledge and embodies a unique perspective on the real estate landscape.

Prior to joining Pagewood, Taylor was an Associate at Kaplan Multifamily where she engaged in multiple facets of the company including development and acquisitions, asset management and capital markets. During her three-year tenure, she played a pivotal role in the execution and delivery of traditional multifamily and single-family build-to-rent development projects located across major growth markets in the Sunbelt region. In addition to exercising and perfecting her underwriting, due diligence and project management skills, Taylor managed a portfolio of 24 investments with active assets valued over $400M and supported fundraising efforts for two funds totaling $52M in limited partnership equity. She also helped facilitate the arrangement of institutional debt and joint venture equity, along with the deployment of capital for new investment opportunities.

Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Business Foundations from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Real Estate Finance from Texas A&M University. She also obtained her Texas Real Estate License in October 2018. Taylor is married to her husband Drew and enjoys spending her free time wake surfing at the lake, watching college football, traveling and, of course, exploring Houston’s culinary scene.
