As Founder and Managing Principal, Paul is responsible for providing strategic direction for Pagewood, focusing on investment identification, operations oversight and further developing the company’s geographic footprint.

Before launching Pagewood, Paul served as a Partner in Stream Realty Partners' Houston office and was one of the original five team members when the Houston office opened in 2006. Over the next 14 years, he was instrumental in leading the firm's growth to a team of 185 professionals who operated a service and investment portfolio of over 45 million square feet of office and industrial properties. This portfolio made Stream one of the largest commercial real estate operators in Houston.

At Stream, Paul led the office division's operations and investment activities, provided the strategic direction and initiatives for office investments and oversaw the service business's execution. During his tenure, Paul executed $600 million of acquisitions and developments totaling 2.2 million square feet. He also completed 7.5 million square feet of lease transactions valued at $2.6 billion. Before joining Stream, Paul was a fixed-income broker for Cantor Fitzgerald in Hong Kong, where he traded high-yield bonds.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas with a major in Management Information Systems. He is married to Grace, has three children and loves spending time with his family.
