Paul founded Pagewood in February 2021 in Houston, building a vertically integrated owner operator platform that has delivered measurable results across multiple product types. In a few short years, Pagewood has executed investments totaling over three million square feet with an estimated value of over $300 million across industrial, housing and office assets.  

Driven by a passion for technological advancement, Paul pioneered Pagewood's patent-pending investment methodology—a proprietary geospatial index system that converts complex market data into actionable intelligence through standardized grid analysis and time-series forecasting.

This analytical framework, combined with Paul's commitment to leverage technology for operational efficiencies, has become the cornerstone of Pagewood's expansion strategy targeting 10 national markets in 10 years. 

Prior to Pagewood, Paul was a Partner at Stream Realty Partners, where he was instrumental in scaling the Houston office from its founding team of five to 185 professionals overseeing 45+ million square feet. There, he personally drove over $600 million in acquisitions and developments while executing lease transactions valued at $2.6 billion. His early career in Hong Kong as a fixed-income broker at Cantor Fitzgerald provided him with a solid foundation in financial markets and high-yield bonds. 

Paul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas with a major in Management Information Systems. He is married to Grace, has three children, and loves spending time with his family.
