Nick joined Pagewood in 2024 as a Property Accountant with a passion for problem solving, financial management and providing exceptional service to investors and team members alike. He is responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and finalizing all property level financials across the portfolio. Nick uses his background and skills to ensure all reporting is completed promptly and accurately. In a little over a year, Nick was promoted to Senior Property Accountant for Pagewood.

Prior to joining Pagewood, Nick worked as a Property Accountant at Finial Group, a boutique owner-operator. Nick delivered results for a portfolio of over 50 properties across industrial and retail product types, spanning several markets. He was a key member in forecasting budgets and was instrumental in a multi-state portfolio acquisition. Nick brings his experience of working with multiple asset types spanning the Sunbelt region to the Pagewood team.
