Everett joined Pagewood in 2024 as an Investment Analyst, bringing over two years of experience in capital markets. In this role, he is responsible for underwriting ground-up development, adaptive reuse, and value-add acquisitions, as well as analyzing market trends and supporting execution throughout the entire project life cycle.

Before joining Pagewood, Everett was Capital Markets Analyst at JLL, where he contributed to the underwriting, marketing, and closing of over $1.2 billion in financing transactions across a diverse range of asset types, including multifamily, industrial, retail, and office.

Everett holds a B.S. in Finance from St. Edward's University, where he was a student-athlete, and a Master of Science in Finance from The University of Texas. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, watching his favorite sports teams, and volunteering on the Breeder's Greeters Committee for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Everett and his wife, Tennille, are expecting a baby boy this spring.
