David joined Pagewood in 2023 as a Property Engineer and supports the team by working closely with the Property Management team and current tenants to ensure contractors access to Pagweood’s portfolio. He is bilingual, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which has been extremely valuable when working with tenants. His ability to problem-solve and work efficiently at the properties and with tenants has increased the value of Pagewood’s properties.

Prior to joining Pagewood, David worked as maintenance supervisor. He was responsible for managing, leading and delegating tasks to his crew members. He worked as a foreman for a year and was responsible for ensuring projects were completed safely. With over 20 years of janitorial experience, David has excellent organizational and time-management skills.

In his free time, David enjoys being around his family and friends. He enjoys his afternoon with his wife and two children. Cooking for his loved ones is his major hobby.
